The room was reasonably large and stylish, I truly enjoyed it. The bed was big and the balcony had PARTICULARLY GOOD views to the garden on one side. The property was in the centre of the city.
Even though everything was nice, some of the staff were not so helpful.

The large pool area was a perfect oasis for relaxation after a day of exploring. The lush surroundings were a highlight of the hotel.
Unfortunately, the WiFi only worked properly outside the room, inconvenient for planning our daily activities.

The overall ambiance. The Bali type architecture with the beautifull gardens gave it a sense of haven from the nearby shopping precinct of Ubud.

Everything was nice. Location amazing and in the middle of town, lots of things in walking distance. Breakfast was tasty with lots of variety. The pool was a good size with enough sunbeds. It felt very intimate, and all the employees were respectful and helpful.

Unigue design of the hotel premises and gardens. Very calm and relaxing place but unfortunately just during the day.
Due to an extremely noisy cock and dog just next to the hotel premises it was impossible to sleep at night. Even earplugs didn´t work and we were looking forward to leaving this place in order to have a rest somewhere else.

Staying here while exploring Ubud was such a calming experience. The lush garden view from my room was a delight. I appreciated the location being just a short walk to popular spots like Ubud Palace and the Monkey Forest. The staff's attention to detail really stood out. They were always so helpful and friendly.

The room, bathroom and the balcony are big. Very nice view from the balcony if you have the room on the second floor. I had the rice paddy field view and the Balinese architectural style as the background so it's quite picturesque. The located is very good since it's quiet at night but close to shops and monkey forest. The Ubud market was like 15 minutes away so it's in walking distance. Swimming pool area is nice.
the room is way too rustic. No TV in the room for this price. The facilities are broken too. My shower is broken and water splashed all over the bathroom and no hot water. The in-room safety deposit box cannot be used. The staff said you can use the deposit box at the reception instead. Breakfast is limited and quantity was minimal. The Wifi is available only at the restaurant and lobby and it's pretty slow. Been informed upon arrival that there's no wi-fi in the room though they advertised the free wi-fi is available throughout the entire hotel on Booked.net website.

I think it's the perfect location in Ubud. The street is much nicer and relax the the hectic Monkey Forest street. It offers great restaurants (Kejun, Kafe, Etc...) near by and very nice shops or sight seing area. Nice pool, friendly staff and: beautiful rooms! Good value for money.
Wifi could be in the room. One guy from the staff offers you a trip to the Gili island for 500KRp when you could have it for 350KRp or less outside (one way, same boats).

Family with children will find good stay
The gardens really impressed us. We had a lovely time watching monkeys in the late afternoon, it added a bit of fun. The large pool was inviting and refreshing after a busy day. The staff were quick to help with anything we needed.
It wasn't cheap but acceptable.

The staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. Room was always clean. The hotel was kept immaculate.
Stairs up to my room were somewhat steep and felt at times a little slippery, not a major issue though

Very beautiful hotel all around. Nice and gorgeous pool. Very friendly staff.
There are some stains on the marble deco in the bathroom and the shower head is too pointy, hurt a bit when shower - it would be nice if this is adjustable.
